Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our car wash and detailing services. If you are not completely happy with the quality of our work, we will make it right.
What’s Covered
- Incomplete or missed cleaning areas
 - Unsatisfactory results due to our error
 - Damage caused by our team or equipment
 - Services not performed as agreed
 - Quality issues with products used
 
Resolution Options
If you’re not satisfied with our service, we offer:
1. Re-Service (Preferred Option)
- We’ll re-clean your vehicle at no additional cost
 - Available within 48 hours of original service
 - Performed by our most experienced team members
 - Includes correction of any missed areas
 
2. Partial Refund
- Available for services that cannot be corrected
 - Refund amount based on the unsatisfactory portion
 - Processed within 3-5 business days
 - Returned to original payment method
 
3. Full Refund
- Available in cases of significant service failure
 - Must be requested within 24 hours of service
 - Subject to manager approval
 - Processed within 5-7 business days
 
How to Request Resolution

 - Describe the Issue: Explain what aspects of the service were unsatisfactory
 - Provide Photos: If possible, take photos of the areas of concern
 - Schedule Inspection: We may need to inspect the vehicle

Time Limits
- Re-service requests: Must be made within 48 hours
 - Refund requests: Must be made within 24 hours
 - Damage claims: Must be reported before leaving premises
 - Quality concerns: Should be reported same day
 
What’s Not Covered
- Pre-existing damage not reported before service
 - Normal wear and tear of vehicle
 - Damage caused by customer negligence
 - Services performed more than 7 days ago
 - Weather-related re-soiling after service
 - Customer preference changes after service completion
 
Product Returns (Retail Items)
For retail products purchased from AutoWash:
- Unused products: 30-day return period
 - Original packaging: Must be unopened and in original condition
 - Receipt required: Proof of purchase must be provided
 - Restocking fee: May apply to opened products
 
Mobile Service Policy
For mobile car wash services:
- Same satisfaction guarantee applies
 - Re-service can be scheduled at our facility or your location
 - Additional travel charges may apply for re-service
 - Weather-related cancellations receive full refund

 - Inspect your vehicle before leaving

Dispute Resolution
