- Appointments are subject to availability
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or operational requirements
- No-shows may be charged a service fee
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service

- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles
5. Liability and Responsibilities
- Customers must remove all personal items from vehicles
- AutoWash is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles
- We inspect vehicles before service and report any existing damage
- Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided

- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
- Remove valuable items from vehicle
- Inform us of any vehicle-specific requirements or concerns
7. Service Guarantee
We guarantee satisfaction with our services. If you are not completely satisfied, we will re-service your vehicle at no additional charge or provide a refund.
